`GET /api/v1/listings` returns `{ items, limit, offset, hasMore, next, pageToken }`. Send `Accept: application/json`. Optional header `API-Version: 1`. Errors are JSON with `code`, `message`, and `resolution`. Rate limit: 120 requests / 60 seconds per IP (`RateLimit` headers; `Retry-After` on 429). Versioning policy: https://skillselion.com/api/v1.

`/api/upstream/*` is the same catalog, unversioned alias.

## Do not
