Wet MCP is a research server that gives an agent web search, page content extraction, academic-paper lookup and library-documentation retrieval in one place. It supports configurable embedding, rerank and LLM model chains with a local Qwen3 fallback. A solo builder reaches for it to run deep research and docs lookups from the agent without stitching several search APIs together. Runs via uvx or Docker.
