three.ws Tutor is an MCP server for Pay-As-You-Learn tutoring: from inside an agent it reads a session's itemized tab and closes the session out into an attested invoice. A solo builder running a metered AI-tutoring or paid-help product reaches for it to expose live billing and settlement to the agent without building the invoicing plumbing themselves. It runs over npx stdio against the three.ws session endpoint.
