Vouch is a remote MCP server that lets an AI agent check whether a counterparty is safe to pay, returning a trust and risk score plus a scam and phishing screen before money moves. A solo builder wiring up autonomous or agentic payments reaches for it to avoid sending funds to fraudulent or spoofed recipients. It runs as a hosted streamable-http endpoint, so there is no local package to install.
