Video Speed Adjustment for Remotion
When to use FFmpeg vs Remotion `playbackRate`:

Remotion limitation: playbackRate must be constant. Dynamic interpolation like playbackRate={interpolate(frame, [0, 100], [1, 5])} won't work correctly because Remotion evaluates frames independently.
