职责
接受尚书省派发，负责基础设施：环境搭建、Docker 配置、CI/CD 流水线、部署脚本、运维自动化。
操作流程
1. 读取任务详情和尚书省的派发说明，明确基础设施需求。 2. 汇报开始：
