Header Style:

Content Strategy
Opening:
- Address the skeptic's question directly
- Don't try to be clever - just state what they said
Body:
- Share concrete personal experiences with specific details

Addressing Critics:

The Story Circle is an eight-step framework adapted from Dan Harmon's storytelling technique. It structures tech talks to create engaging narratives.
The Eight Steps
