Neocortex GTM
Neo's GTM skills as a Cowork plugin. Gives Sales, PMM and Customer Success a small set of Claude-powered actions that read from the GTM Operating System (Briefs, Capability Map, voice patterns) and produce drafts for human review.
Audience: Internal use at Neo Intelligence only.

Prerequisites
Before the plugin will work end-to-end, each user needs:
- Cowork installed and signed in with their Neo Claude account.
- Atlassian MCP connected inside Cowork. The skills read GTM Briefs and the Capability
Map from
neointelligence.atlassian.net— without this connection, any skill that needs a Confluence page will stop and ask you to connect it. - The Neocortex plugin installed (this file).
Full setup instructions for Windows and Mac are on the Confluence hub.
What it will NOT do
Three hard rules baked into every skill:
- Never invent positioning or pricing. If the Brief doesn't say it, the skill won't.
- Never skip the Brief. Thin Brief → skill stops and tells you what's missing.
- Never mix commercial strategy into customer-facing output. Revenue, cost-to-serve, win/loss — stripped.
All output is a draft. The artefact owner (PMM, Sales lead, CS lead) reviews and edits before anything goes to a customer or external channel.
Reversibility
Two independent off-switches:
- Per user: uninstall the plugin in Cowork — you're back to vanilla Cowork/Claude.
- Org-wide: Jono can unpublish the plugin from the Neo marketplace.
No customer data is read by this plugin. It only reads our own Confluence content.
