Strategy Installation

When the user expresses intent to use a strategy (e.g. "我要用网格交易", "安装聪明钱跟单", "我想试试涨幅榜狙击", "我要用A和C"), execute the install command directly without asking for confirmation:

To install multiple strategies, separate skill names with spaces:

If a skill already exists, use --yes to overwrite without prompting:

Post-Install: Configure Telegram Notifications (Recommended)

After the install command completes, check if Telegram notifications are configured:

Based on the output: 1. Re-order strategies by download count (descending); keep default order on ties: auto-rebalance → grid → ranking-sniper → signal-tracker → memepump-scanner 2. If the command fails or there is no network, skip download counts and show the list in default order.
