セットアップ
- 環境変数
GTD_VAULTを shell rc に追加（vault のパス） - vault のディレクトリ skeleton を
examples/vault/からコピー - 個人設定
.gtd-config.mdをexamples/.gtd-config.example.mdから作って値を埋める
詳しくは CONFIGURE.md と examples/README.md を参照。
vault 自体は本プラグインとは別の git repo として管理する想定（pull/commit を skill 内で叩く）。.gtd-config.md には個人情報（Notion UUID 等）が入るので、vault repo は private にしておくのが安全。
