I — 方法论骨架

买股票 = 买企业的一部分，应该用买整个企业相同的标准评估：

关注企业的经济特征（护城河/定价权/管理层），而非股价走势
关注长期现金流创造能力，而非季度盈利波动
不预测市场方向，只分析企业质量
持有期限以"年"计，以"天"计的是交易不是投资

A1 — 书中的应用

案例: Apple投资

问题: 如何在科技行业做价值投资？
使用: 把Apple当作企业而非股票——评估其生态系统锁定效应、用户忠诚度、现金流
结果: 5.55%股权，伯克希尔享有的Apple收益($56亿)远超收到的股息($7.85亿)

A2 — 触发场景

1. 用户问"这只股票会不会涨"——应转向"这个企业好不好" 2. 用户在看K线图或技术指标——应转向看财报和商业模式 3. 用户关注"市场情绪"而非"企业分析" 4. 用户纠结短期股价波动

语言信号

"这只股票会涨吗？"
"技术面怎么样？"
"股价到支撑位了"
"今天跌了X%，要不要卖？"

E — 可执行步骤

1. 假设你要买整个公司——用评估私有企业相同的标准

完成标准：写出一页"如果这家公司是非上市的，你愿意出多少钱买"

2. 评估三个核心维度

经济特征（护城河宽度）
管理层质量（诚信+能力）
价格与价值的关系
完成标准：每个维度有具体证据支持

3. 忽略所有市场噪音（股价走势/分析师评级/市场情绪）

完成标准：决策文档中不包含任何价格走势相关的内容

B — 边界

需要能力圈——不是所有企业你都能分析
非上市企业没有流动性，不能简单类比
作者盲点：巴菲特可以影响企业决策（控股/董事席位），散户不能
