Terms of Service
The rules for using Skillselion, in plain language. Last updated June 9, 2026.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using Skillselion you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use the service. You may browse, search and use the directory for your own building and research. You agree not to scrape it abusively, disrupt the service, misuse the accounts of others, or use Skillselion for anything unlawful.
Your account, your responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
What you contribute
When you submit a tool, vote, comment or send feedback, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate that content to run the directory. You retain ownership of what you contribute. Don't post unlawful or infringing material, or sensitive personal data about other people. Submissions are curated and may be edited or declined. To report content that infringes your rights, contact info@skillselion.com and we will act on valid notices.
We point to tools, we do not control them
The directory links to third-party skills, MCP servers and marketplaces. Skillselion does not own, operate or guarantee those tools, and trust signals are informational only. Review and install third-party software at your own discretion and under their terms.
Partner placements
Paid partner placements are billed through Stripe. Pricing and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Where a placement renews, the renewal terms are disclosed before purchase and you can cancel as easily as you signed up.
Provided "as is"
Skillselion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the directory or any tool you find through it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law applicable where you reside, to the extent it grants you mandatory consumer-protection rights, and any dispute will be subject to a court of competent jurisdiction — without prejudice to those mandatory rights in your country of residence.
We may update these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Skillselion after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Reach us at info@skillselion.com.
