Workflow
1. Ingest the source. Accept a transcript, video file, or slide deck. Identify topics, narrative structure, speaker names, expertise areas, visual aids, demos, and data points. 2. Analyze the content. Extract 5-7 key themes, 10-15 notable quotes, the data points and statistics, the Q&A questions, and timestamps for every clip-worthy moment. 3. Segment the audience. Map insights to funnel stages (awareness, consideration, decision, retention). See references/asset-catalog.md. 4. Select assets. Choose which formats to produce across blog posts, social media, email, sales enablement, visual content, and video clips. See references/asset-catalog.md for the full inventory. 5. Generate the plan. Fill in references/output-template.md, replacing every bracketed placeholder with content from the source. Attribute quotes and include timestamps throughout. 6. Build the distribution calendar. Sequence assets across Weeks 1-3 plus evergreen, prioritizing quick wins for immediate publishing. 7. Define tracking. List the metrics to monitor and the A/B tests to run for ongoing optimization.
See references/best-practices.md for quality rules, trigger phrases, and a worked example.

Best Practices and Usage
Best Practices
1. Timestamp everything so video editors can locate clips. 2. Maintain context: each piece must stand alone without requiring the full webinar. 3. Attribute quotes: always credit speakers for authority. 4. Progressive disclosure: start with teasers, lead to deeper content. 5. Cross-promote: link between assets (blog, email, social). 6. SEO optimize: target keywords from the webinar topic in blog posts. 7. Brand consistency: maintain voice and branding across all assets. 8. Update links: ensure all webinar replay links work and track properly.
Trigger Phrases
- "Repurpose this webinar into content"
- "Turn this transcript into blog posts and social media"

Response Strategy
1. Analyze transcript for key themes. 2. Identify best quotes and moments. 3. Create content asset breakdown. 4. Build distribution calendar. 5. Suggest quick wins for immediate publishing.
