1Auto UpdaterAuto-updater is an OpenClaw-focused agent skill that configures hands-off version upgrades for solo builders who run their own gateway at home or on a small VPS. Because the gateway must stop during an update, the skill deliberately avoids in-agent update commands and instead copies a short bash script to your home directory and wires a cron schedule—commonly 4 AM daily. That separation means the update completes even when the agent cannot execute shell while restarting. Setup is conversational: ask to set up auto-updater and the agent places the script and cron entry; you can shift the schedule or fire a one-off run. The scope is narrow and practical—no blue-green deploys—just reliable nightly refresh for OpenClaw CLI users who want less drift without babysitting terminals.
