About
Science Agent is a Claude Code plugin for validating citations in AI-assisted research and catching confabulated references before publication. It verifies inline citations against BibTeX and CrossRef to detect wrong titles, fabricated authors, incorrect DOIs, and orphan references. Provides claim tracking across notebooks and prose with tag-based reference auditing (e.g., [NB14:K2]). Includes seven slash commands (/audit, /verify, /search, /figure-audit, /notebook-audit, /prose-audit, /arxiv) with integrations for GitHub Actions and compatible AI coding assistants.
