What is a ChatGPT skill?
A ChatGPT skill is an Agent Skills SKILL.md package that ChatGPT loads from the Skills picker. You invoke it with @, or ChatGPT picks it when the task matches the description. OpenAI documents Personal Skills for Business, Enterprise, Healthcare, and Edu; they must be added separately on desktop and on web. Skillselion lists the same SKILL.md files as agent skills.
